Gansu Jinshi Chemical Co.,Ltd was founded as Minle Cement Factory in 1970, we became a cooperative shares company in 1997 and a private ( individual proprietorship ) enterprise in 2000. With the transformation of system, we were keeping to make innovation for promoting our development.
